Course Guide

How to navigate the training courses.

This guide explains the actual learner path: browse the academy, create access for a course, open your learning hub, then start with the first visible lesson.

1. Start on the academy or course page

Use the academy to compare programmes, then open a course page for the one you want. The public page is for orientation and signup, not for completing lessons directly.

2. Create access for the course

Signup creates your learner access and sends you into the course workspace. Free preview access opens only the preview modules, while paid access opens the full course.

3. Start with the first visible lesson

The learning hub and course workspace both point you to the recommended first lesson. Once inside a lesson, use the sidebar to move through the open lessons in order.

4. Follow the lesson stages in order

Every lesson moves through six stages: Overview, Reading, Flashcards, Interactive Activity, Quiz and Reflection. The stage tracker at the top shows where you are.

Why the Continue button may not activate

  • In advanced lessons, complete every quick check and the module scenario drill during the reading stage.
  • In flashcards, open every card before moving on.
  • In interactive activities, finish the scenario or complete all matching pairs.
  • In quizzes, answer each question and use the in-page next button until the results screen appears.
  • In reflection, write the minimum required response before continuing.

How the player helps learners

  • The footer shows the current stage and what completion will unlock next.
  • If Continue is unavailable, the lesson explains exactly which activity is still pending.
  • If you click Continue too early, the player repeats the missing step instead of failing silently.
  • The overview stage includes a lesson-navigation box so learners understand the six-stage flow before they start.
